Boohoo is a cheap site and has good clothes and I have been their loyal customer for years. However, I have had a problem with my parcel getting lost and their customer service team is a disgrace. I have been made to feel as if I have done something wrong and yet I am the victim here. They have taken my money and I have no parcel and they are ignoring me when I ask for a refund. I have never had to deal with such rude and ignorant customer services in all my life. I shall not be shopping with them anymore. I can't believe how I have been treat.
