So I placed this order, received an email the next day to say it was out for delivery. It never came. I allowed extra time due to Bank Holiday weekend. It hadn’t arrive a full week later so I emailed them. I was told that it had been sent out for delivery, but without an address. Because of this, they charged me the delivery fee! I was refused a refund because it had been sent, yet in the same sentence they said it was returned due to me address given by me. Not sure how I could place an order without an address, shopping sites usually don’t allow it. And not sure how they managed to send it for delivery with no address. Any road, I’m not happy, they were very dismissive by message. They can keep they’re £5, I’ll shop elsewhere. Not worth the risk of losing a delivery fee
