Boohoo emailed me with a 15% discount code to use before midnight that night. After spending a considerable amount of time trawling through not the best site to use I got to checkout stage about 11.05pm to be told the code had expired! Funny I thought 11pm was before midnight. I contacted boohoo customer service to be told they didn't know why it didn't work but never mind I could try next time they have a discount code! What a complete waste of time. They also suggested that I'd tried to enter 2 codes, I hadn't and that I had sale items in my basket, I didn't. Appalling customer service to not even try to offer an explanation or a courtesy replacement code and to try and suggest it was my fault. Dishonest, deceitful and false advertising. Guess they thought customers were stupid enough to be lured in with a false offer and just put up with it.
