First time I have used Boohoo. The sizing was inconsistent and the quality was poor. I was unable to print a Returns label as their system said my order number or email was wrong. They were both correct so I emailed Boohoo (no customer service number available as the "do not welcome callers".) They replied but I don't think they read my email because they said I should enter the order number that is on the Delivery note and my email... D'oh and If I am unable to print it then I would have to pay the return costs. Bit of cheek as the problem is with them. I've emailed them again so will be interested to see what happens. I've had to email them 3 times so far over this. Bit useless really. Won't be using them again
