Tried to return two items costing £15. The time I spent writing emails just to get a returns label wasn't worth it and I have now given up and thrown them. I have banned my three teenage daughters from buying things from Boohoo so my money is now going to Asos (which incidentally doesn't have a problem accepting returns costing three times more than this Boohoo order). Thank God I wasn't trying to return a significant amount!
