Hermes apparently delivered my parcel even though i never received it. Contacted Hermes and they did not get a signature - no surprise there. Boohoo only contactable through email and they take 2 days to respond. I needed these items for my holiday and now have no chance of getting them. Will never order through Boohoo again.
