I use to LOVE shopping with Boohoo, but recently their service has gone down hill! Especially with they delivery service!! I made an order at 9.41am Wednesday 12th October, i paid for a next day delivery, and its now Friday 14th October and i still haven't received my items!! Next day delivery is sent on an 8am-9pm!!! delivery service! 9PM- are you joking!? It has never been this way before!! No one delivered yesterday and even if they did, no card was left or anything. Its now Friday and i have just received a text saying a delivery was attempted but no one was in!! YES I AM!! No one knocked or rang! your company has delivered so many times in the past to this address!! Tried contacting customer service via Twitter, and i kept being told that someone will be with me ASAP, the longest time i had to wait was 13 hours and i still had to prompt them for a response! You can clearly see on twitter how many unhappy customers you have! Going to avoid using Boohoo again, which is such a shame as i use to love it so much!!
