First ever order, ordered a coat. Low on stock Boohoo cancelled order and emailed stating a refund would be given within 5 working days. Now nearly 2 weeks has gone by no refund! Have emailed, have sent face book messages and they have said 5 working days even though it's been over 9 working days. Just refund it for goodness sake! It's not your money I don't have the goods and nor do you intend to send it so refund! Pay pal are now informed and I will NEVER use your company again as I'm having to fight for money that is rightfully mine.
