I have ordered clothes from Boohoo several times and until now I have not had a problem, on Tuesday this week I received a dress that I had ordered the day before but it had a hole in it. I sent it straight back and emailed the company asking for a new one. They sent one out and I received it today (Thursday). The only issue I had is that they take a while to respond via email, but I have heard they respond faster on facebook or twitter. I will keep buying clothes from Boohoo.
