They sent me out the wrong item, I complained, they sent me out the same wrong item again (the company had labelled the wrong tops and not checked) I asked them to send me a postage label (as I don't have a printer) to return wrong items and asked if I could get what I actually ordered. Their reply 'Well walk to your local library and print off labels yourself then return items and we'll send out what you ordered' absolutely disgusting...
