I've used Boohoo for a couple of years now. I understand if an order doesn't arrive in time then this is the courier who is at fault. If I buy something and it doesn't fit me or I don't like it then it's always made clear how to return. On the rare occasion something doesn't go to plan with my order it's always resolved and compensation offered. Boohoo provide a great service and I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work guys!
