Totally disgusted !! Placed an order with boohoo for a numberror of items kept all except one because it didn't fit, so returned it.
A few weeks later one of the items started to come undone at the hem notified boohoo who offered a replacement or refund...great. I wanted a replacement. Then got an email saying could not have replacement or refund because I had all ready sent 1 item back from that order and the system would not allow another...!! Do not order from this company and expect faulty goods to be replaced. Disgusting.
