After ordering 2 dresses for an occasion one arrived the wrong size to what was ordered. I returned both on the 7th July and on the 11th August after multiple emails chasing them they finally emailed to say they had received the return. Now it's the 27th August and still no refund and ignoring my emails, online chat I keep getting an automated response. Will never order from there again!!
