Honestly the worst customer service. A company as big as Boohoo, don't even have a customer helpline contact number.
You either email them which takes up two days for a response or you need to tweet them! The amount of time wasted on waiting for replies.
The partner courier company Hermes is just as bad - attempting to make deliveries but not really.
My package is now "return to sender" who knows how long it'll take to get it.
Never buying from boohoo again and am advising my friends to stay away
