Terrible. Spent £180 on an order. After getting home one day I check and it says my parcel is delievered. No one was in my home to receive a order so I checked with my neighbours and my local shop. I also checked my post box to ensure there was no "we missed you card" but no, my parcel was no where to be found and there was no calling card. I went to phone boohoo only then realised that they do not have a customer service contact number, everything is done through email. This meant that it takes around 24-48hours for them to reply to each email. This means my problem still is not solved because each time they ask me a question, it takes 24-48 hours to respond to my email! This is the slowest system ever and is not fair when I spent a lot of money and expected my items to have arrived. I was told that Hermes left my parcel in a 'safe location' this is nonsense.. boohoo please sort out your customer service!
