i am horrified... i thought i was a valuable customer but i clearly am not, i have spent hundreds over the past 2 months with boohoo and they wont take that into consideration. They messed up my order and i was fuming - they apologise for the mess up but i have to jump through hoops to get my refund, i shouldnt have to do this and i wont do this... paypal will be involved now and ill get my money back that way! please do not use this company, i will never use them ever again - after spending so much with them ... im LIVID! THEY DO NOT CARE FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS ONE BIT, THEY REALLY REALLY DONT
