Honestly this has been shocking. I have used Boohoo before and have had no issues. However, I ordered quite a few items making my order just under £300- a lot of money to take from my card, and I am aware that refunds are very slow. I ordered next day delivery and my order did not come. I contacted both the courier and Boohoo, both with unhelpful responses. Boohoo very slow to get back, had to e-mail multiple times to get an actual answer. Package now being sent back to boohoo and I am being refunded- I did not want a refund?? I wanted my clothes??? I am going on holiday tomorrow and wanted some last minute items that I had not had time to get. Extremely unhappy, will not be ordering from here again, very disappointed as have always been happy but this has completely tainted. I have overlooked the courier previously throwing my package over the gate even though I have been in all day so I couldn't have missed them, but this had absolutely ruined my experience. Very angry. Very disappointed.
