I was going on a night out so ordered a few bits to try and find a new outfit wasn't having much luck but followed the return process 4/5 times absolutely fine money back in my account straight away I was so impressed with this the last 2 things I ordered the most expensive came to £50.00 in total again didn't like them on so followed the same return process I had already done no sign of my £50.00 this has been going on for nearly 2 months now I still don't have my money everyone I contact them they parm me off saying it's my banks fault but it's nothing to do with them! You cannot call boohoo which is ridiculous you have to keep emailing back and fourth getting nowhere so I will never be ordering off boohoo again it's disgusting how they have treated me and I'm taking it further!
