Boohoo is a great little retailer, and their customer services are good. However they only get 3 stars from me because of the courier they use - Hermes. An absolute joke of a carrier and it's sad that Boohoo uses them.
Unfortunately i will not be shopping with this retailer again because of Hermes. If i have noticed they use Hermes before i clicked 'check out' i would have clicked 'delete account' instead.
