When I had an issue checking out and applying a limited-time-only 20% off discount code, i emailed Boohoo customer service. They replied within 24 hours and gave me advice to help solve the issue and check out. When I had sorted out the problem, the discount code had expired. However, one of the customer service advisors sent me a refund of 20% of my order on the same day! Great customer service!
