Firstly in the same order I was sent a faulty product and then another product 3 sizes too large! Their returns process seems straight-forward but please take this as a warning... It is not!! They refunded me for one less item than they should have and I have been going round and round in circles for over 2 weeks trying to get this resolved and am still getting nowhere! I usually either get no response whatsoever or some sort of useless generic response... And then occasionally! I get someone that looks like they may actually be able to help me only to then have someone else reply to my next email and just destroy all the progress I seem to have made! The fact that they do not provide a customer services phone number as well is very suspect...AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Edit** After persistent contacting and going through several different people having to retell the situation more times than I can remember I finally got my refund!! But my view of the company is unchanged, they are a joke and I will NEVER shop here again!
