I am a premier member who has placed several orders historically. Placed order for next day delivery and it didn’t come. Boohoo advised was being returned by courier due to incorrect address but would not refund until received back at their warehouse. This left me out of pocket for an item I had never even seen and waiting for a return over which I had no control when and if it was returned! VERY POOR SHOW!!!
