I had two purchases that were sent back to boohoo by the mail carrier due to one number in the zip code being incorrect. I contacted returns to get a full refund and they told me I would get a refund once they recieve the packages and to allow them 28 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) . It's November 10th and I haven't recieved any money back nor any replacement clothing. These orders were placed September 15th and sent back October 2nd! Not to mention the customer service rep told me I would not be able to get replacement clothing from the beginning. I've contacted returns several times to find out when I will get my full refund and nobody has been able to get back to me. If I don't recieve my refund I will make sure to let everyone know not to ever shop at boohoo again and I will be sure to tell everyone how boohoo robbed me of $62!
