Paid for Next Day Delivery on 8th November, item did not arrive. Contacted BooHoo and they just said there is a delay it will be with you shortly. It is now 13th November, and I am STILL waiting for my parcel. Tried contacting BooHoo but can't speak to anyone as they claim they are an online only company so there is no real human you can speak to! Still waiting for a response from this crappy company
