This is the fourth time I’ve ordered off boohoo and they have messed up my order. The customer service team is rubbish and not at all helpful. The always say that it’s not there fault and blame the delivery people or that it’s the retailer they buy from. They really need a contact number to speak with someone over the phone. I will never buy from this site again.
