My parcel never turned up even though it said on the tracker from Hermes that it had been delivered to reception (we don't have a reception). This happened after I had notified and confirmed my address with Boohoo the day before as it wasn't delivered due to an address query. After, this i was assured that the money would be refunded within the next week. This deadline has been and gone and i still haven't been refunded my £85. Needless to say i am very disappointed with the overall service.
