I was told my parcel would be delivered the next day. They emailed to say the service you’ve chosen is unfortunately not going get your parcel to you on time.
After 2 days - the tracking information was still stating that the parcel hadn’t even been dispatched yet.
I just don’t know why this service is available if they cannot fulfill their deliveries.
I never order anything online purely for this reason and feel really let down. I’m now not going to get the parcels for what I needed them for.
