I received a pair of earrings to which one was faulty. The ear piece was separate/broken off from the full earring therefore unable to wear.
I contacted boohoo straight away regarding this and got an automatic response asking me to send pictures and gave me options on what I would like.
I replied straight away with pictures and asked for another pair to be sent out. This was on the 9/12/12. I have still heard nothing back.
Very disappointing service all in!
