I ordered item from this company for my son. I was really happy that it was being delivered the following day, however, the item was ‘delivered’ by hermes who sent me a message confirming delivery to me but they said they left it on the porch. I looked outside it wasnt there, then checked the photo which was of another persons porch? Boohoo cannot be contacted by phone..... is it being run by computers? Or is this barrier to their customers to hide from complaints! In response to the email contact it required me to agree to 6 points, the tone of the email was rather accusatory. I think they need to look at their customer service.
Their delivery company myhermes also avoids direct customer service and again whilst apologised still did so in a tone that implied it was my failt that I didn’t have the item because ‘it had been delivered’!
