I ordered a jacket and paid for next day delivery, it didn't arrive when i looked on tracking it said contact retailer. I contacted boohoo through there website chat, to be told there was a problem and they needed to contact Hermes, which takes 24-48 hours! I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't until they had spoken to Hermes, what a joke. The clothes are cheap but so is the service, my advice is shop elsewhere!
