I ordered 2 parcels and an ultimated delivery pass for the year. I got one parcel the next day but not the other. I have contacted “Customer Services” multiple times and I have told to wait for 13 days since my ‘next day delivery’ of my other parcel. The responses I got were terrible and I have been completely ignored elsewhere.
