Paid for next day delivery used their postcode generator and they couldn’t find the address even though it was correct. They spent 2 days accusing me of putting the wrong address in then finally admitted fault. Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. They also said they would pick the items up as I no longer wanted them they are now ignoring my messages and haven’t picked my items up a week later. I will never shop with them again.
