The service is unbelievably bad, one of the worst online experiences ever! No communication between the various reps online, no contact telephone number to actually speak to someone to relay frustrations and no one seems to be able to read through an email trail so the same question in relation to the same order has been asked an unnecessary amount of times. They think a smiley face in an email helps elevate the mood, it adds to the anger and I will most certainly not be purchasing anything from them in the future. Still waiting on a next day delivery...2 weeks later.
