This company has to be ran by a bunch of high school kids .. I just left a review about how Amy L was extremely helpful but she too repeated the same mistake . They sold items that were available to the public that I already purchased that never made it to me then sent it to the wrong address twice. I will never do business with them it’s a bunch of chimpanzees running that place and the fact that you can’t speak to anyone on the phone is unreal. I will just do business with Pretty Little Thing and ASOS from now on
