Boohoo advertised 25% off 3 skirts I purchased however over charged me and just took off 10%. When I contacted customer services I was told there is nothing they could do about it as the order had already gone out. I explained they had broke the law and as they had not refunded the overcarge I would be returning the items. They said I was welcome to do that and ended the conversation with take care have a good day.
They would rather not make a sale than rectify their mistake.
It is now with Trading Standards.
