TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Boohoo and Hermes - who are also the worst ever messed up my delivery. Spoke to Boohoo via the Twitter team, who keep telling me I have to wait an extra 7 days until their system updates for a replacement or refund to be actioned, even though they can clearly see that I have not received the order. Extremely unhelpful and I am really disappointed in the way this has been handled. I don't think I'd shop at Boohoo again.
