Made an order last week and was delivered to my door without any problems...... Made a second order a few days later and got an email to say it will be delivered between 5-6pm. Didn't turn up. The got an email to say it's been delayed and now 7-9pm. Didn't turn up. I paid extra for next day. So I emailed and got a response back to say they couldn't find address. Strange...... They delivered here a few days ago with no problems. So I confirm address and was told they would deliver it the next day. Today. NO delivery at all. So I email them again. This time they ignore my emails. So I message on fb and they respond. With the same reply. They can't find address and can I confirm my address. Aaaarrrrrr......ive already done this. Totally useless company...... Useless delivery company. (Hermes) useless customer service. I wouldn't order from them again ever.... and I warn others to do the same. I still haunt recieved my item and getting NO where with the company. I'll be calling trading standards
