Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a dress for next day delivery as I was attended a wedding the day after. It didn’t arrive after waiting all day for it. Leaving me in the position to have to go looking for another dress late at night. Contact to the company is dreadful, there is no number to call and so you’re left to message them and wait on their response. They refuse a refund for the next day delivery charge even though it hasn’t been achieved and they have acknowledged a problem with the courier. I am told to wait til 9pm the next day.
