So frustrating. Boohoo basically had a massive sale on, so I understand it may have been a busy time. However, I ordered my item on the 2nd July of which I then received a confirmation email stating my order will be with me in 5 days time, which should be correct as I chose UK Standard Delivery. Then, on the 5th July I receive an email stating that they are super busy and there are no delays with my order. Fine. Then a day later on the 6th July, I receive an email stating my order will be with me in 6 days time ? I am just very confused with my order.
It's currently Sat 6th July, and no order has been received, I will be getting in contact with Boohoo. Whilst I understand they may be busy, delivery is unreliable so be aware when ordering if you are going to do so.
I have ordered from Boohoo twice before and the items have been of good standard, so it's disappointing that my experience this time is like this. I am hoping my item is of good quality and it's worth the wait, also because I have heard appalling things about the returns service!
Unfortunately I will probably not order off of Boohoo again, as I believe it is a hassle. I will update this review with the quality of my item as soon as my order comes.
