My order got “lost” on the way. When trying to find out what’s happened, I found it difficult to message the website or talk to anyone.
When I finally did, was told I had to wait. But they thought the package was lost.. was asked to message back after 5 day when they could then resend me my item first class.
When the time elapsed and my order was 3 weeks late. I contacted again, to be told the package was lost and the item was out of stock and I’ve been refunded. With no “sorry”. Can’t help but think if they used a good couriers service or had dealt with the issue soon.. I wouldn’t writing this.
