Ok for shoes and accessories but awful for women’s clothes. I’m a 12-14 everywhere else but out of a £300 order (of sale items so you can imagine how much stuff I ordered) the only thing that fit was socks! Everything else was too small. I ordered a couple of 12’s but mostly 14’s as I had heard they come up slightly small.. but not that small! The material is also really cheap and uncomfortable to wear on a lot of items, and they don’t always look as pictured. It’s unfortunately a very misleading site in that sense, thought I was getting a whole new wardrobe! Very disappointing.
