I purchase a pair of what were described as STRETCH vinyl high waisted leggings in a size 16. On taking them from the packaging it became obvious that they were nothing like the picture online as below. Cheap thick bin bag material, absolutely no stretch. None at all. No high waist. Dreadful shape. Strange waist band which was pointed at the back. Waist band was twisted inside the material. I was unable to pull them further than my knees due to no stretch. Worst piece of clothing I have ever purchased.
