When I placed my order I got an email which said that my delivery will reach me in 7 working days (to Europe countries). I payed extra money for that delivery. It means that the latest date would have been 2nd of the September, but it arrived on 16th of the September. It was their responsibility to make sure that my parcel will arrive on time. They ruined my friends wedding for me, because I ordered some clothes to go to my friends wedding and I couldn`t do it. Also they refused to refund me, so they are absolutely rude and they do not care about their customers at all. I am very disappointed. By the way, dont trust their size chart :) sizes are smaller than it should be.
