Not impressed at all with boohoo. After my last order order I will be closing my account. Had the worst customer service experience and considering its a competitive market I'll take my business elsewhere and spend my monies with companies that take accountability for their mistakes and respond to queries. I placed an order for next day click and collect. The expected delivery was Friday. I tracked the order on Friday and saw a message that had been a delay. Upon contacting customer service on Twitter, I was told my order had been misrouted to an incorrect depot and would be another 24 hours from the time stated on the tracking. More than 24 hours later I was still seeing the same message with no update or email to tell me what's going on or an apology for the delay. I spent over 6 hours trying to resolve this on Twitter who said it was actually 72 hours not 24. This was a Boohoo error with sending my order to the wrong place caused a delay and the order wasn't delivered at the specified time. It took another 4 days for the order to arrive. Again no apology or communication. I sent through a formal complaint as SLAs say 24 hours for a response, a week later I had to chase up and got a frustrating response asking if I'd collected the order and that they'd be passing on the details so this doesnt happen in the future. Again not even a sorry or acknowledging my complaint. Never again and if families or friends are thinking of using Boohoo I'll tell them to steer clear because this was a complete shambles.
