I ordered my girlfriend birthday presents 14 days before her birthday, delivery said up to five days, emailed a complaint asking where they are, and the response I got was oh I can see that your parcel hasn’t moved in a few days, we’re sorry they didn’t get their in time for your girlfriends birthday!!!!
