I paid extra for next day delivery, waited the whole day and no orders arrived. Contacted boohoo someone called shaban offered part refund of £2. Shaban also said it’s out of boohoos control that this error had happened and I need to allow another 48 hours for my order. And I still need to pay part of delivery because it was out of their control. How unacceptable especially after waiting a full day for a delivery and taking a last minute day off for it. I would have expected a full refund of delivery because of the inconvenience caused but no it’s only part because I still have to pay for a normal delivery charge.
