Never ever had such a terrible experience online shopping. I paid n extra £10 for next day delivery to receive 8pm at night. Awful quality clothes, really cheaply made. I then completed returns form as advised online to have 4 of the collection points tell me Boohoo haven’t emailed me the correct labels to even return. Customer services of Boohoo just said I must be confusing everything and not a lot they can do. Absolutely disgusting when I’ve now just wasted £100
