I paid for the yearly premier next day delivery!!? I placed an order 3/02/20 received a email from Hermes 04/02/20 stating there’s been a delay!! Checked tracker today 05/02/20 and still not with courier!! I went in chat to question this and was told to keep an eye out for it over next 24-48, and this service normally works, sorry but that’s hardly next day delivery and obviously the service doesn’t wrk as I still haven’t received my order!! Don’t offer a service if you can’t adhere to it!! Basically paying for this service is a total waste of money!!
