Royal mail did not leave a delivery card for me, but my tracking said that I was carded. I didnt know if the clothes were with a neighbour or in the depot office, so contacted boohoo via facebook. This is at 7pm on a saturday night. They replied within 3 minutes telling me where my order was, the reference number and an apology.
Always been impressed but this was exceptional. Leading brands could learn a thing or 2. Outstanding.
