I ordered next day delivery on items on the 17:4:2020. We are now on the 2:5:2020. And I've still not received my items. I've emailed boohoo nearly every day to be told it's on it's way, I've contacted hermes who deliver on behalf of boohoo. And have received absolutely nothing back. Everytime I contact boohoo all I get is complete lies after lies regarding my parcel. Now today they ask if I will wait till the 4th may. I've asked twice for my money back but still not had it. I will never buy anything from this company again there after care is absolutely appalling. If anyone is thinking about using them then please reconsider as you may end up waiting a month or more. Just like me for something which should have been next day delivery.
